Job summary

TDCX Talent Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, and verify goods, and to prepare items for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.

You will operate forklifts, maintain a clean and safe work area, and assist with stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy. Entry-level candidates are welcome as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Forklift Driver's License.
• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Prior warehouse/logistics experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders to maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch securely, adhering to quality standards and company dispatch procedures.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, primarily driving forklifts for loading, unloading, and organizing heavy loads.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in the warehouse, adhering to workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with regular stock-taking and cycle-counting exercises to prevent stock discrepancies.

Job Requirements
