Job summary

Bossard PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Operator to manage receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods. You will report to the Warehouse Team Lead and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming goods, picking and packing orders, operating forklifts and scanners, and maintaining records. You will work both independently and with the team to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory handling.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods and materials to ensure quality and accuracy
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders to meet delivery requirements
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts to support inventory control
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and procedures for operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Team Lead

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent (SPM)
• Previous warehouse experience to support operational tasks
• Forklift license to operate forklifts safely (added advantage)
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to handle documentation and inventory tasks
• Ability to perform physical work related to warehouse operations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking work ethic
