We are seeking a warehouse associate to support daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery to outlets.

Qualifications

• Able to operate pallet jack and handle warehouse tasks.
• Basic computer literacy to manage inventories.
• Effective communication with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations with adequate manpower.
• Coordinate with warehouse manager to meet daily operation needs.
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed on time and stock accuracy.
• Load stock orders onto trays/pallets for van/truck.
• Deliver goods to multiple outlets promptly.
• Verify quantity of goods before loading.

Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible to support daily operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties;
• Work with warehouse manager or management appointed staff on daily operation requirement and ensure items are well prepared before logistic arrangement;
• To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timelines and maintain stock accuracy;
• Load stock order on trays/pallets into Van/ Truck
• Collect, deliver and distribute goods to various outlets in a timely manner
• Ensure quantity of goods before loading to vehicle
• Loading & Unloading
• Performs other job-related functions as and when required by superior
