Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse associate to manage daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and inventory reconciliation. You will work under a quality system and maintain 5S standards to ensure a safe, organized workplace.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, physical fitness, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work rotating day and night shifts. Training is provided and opportunities for career growth are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
• Comfortable working in a quality system environment.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety practices.
• Able to operate hand scanners, RF scanners, and PDA devices.
• Able to lift or move loads of up to 50 lbs (approximately 23 kg) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform all necessary tasks to support smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Operate and properly maintain company-provided warehouse equipment.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Comply with company procedures, quality standards, and warehouse safety requirements.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team.
