Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise warehouse staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure accuracy of inventory and documentation. You will help ensure delivery timelines and maintain cost-efficient operations while upholding service and quality standards.

You will focus on training staff, analyzing data to optimize workflows, and driving improvements based on feedback from staff and customers, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse operations and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable and eager to learn.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for warehouse staff.
• Ensure staff compliance with established procedures and maintain accuracy in data processing.
