Job summary

FISH INTERNATIONAL SOURCING HOUSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, focusing on inbound/outbound and cold storage. You will manage a team, ensure service levels, and drive cost control. A Diploma in Logistics and 5 years of cold chain supervision are required, with knowledge of WMS and 3PL. On-site role with steady hours and safety focus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory management (cold chain).
• Provide leadership to operations and administrative staff.
• Plan daily activities to meet customer service levels.
• Manage costs, P&L, and budgets for the department.
• Maintain documentation and work procedures.
• Oversee vendor communication, price reviews, and contract changes.
• Support quality improvement and cost‑effectiveness initiatives.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and inventory records.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant working conditions.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required.

Job description

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day operations in the warehouse; provide leadership to a team of operations and administrative staff in the area of inbound, outbound, and inventory management (cold chain management)
• Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operation activities are executed and meet according to the customer service levels
• Develop plans to enhance the organization’s competitiveness
• Account for overall cost analysis and ensure that the department remains competitive
• Effectively manage P&L and budget
• Control, develop and maintain all internal/external documentation for procedures and work instructions
• To be the operations lead for all negotiations, improvement initiatives, price reviews, contract revisions and all other customers/vendors communications.
• Support ad-hoc quality improvement/cost-effectiveness/potential business gain or feasibility study projects and initiate new process changes
• Ensure the accuracy of all vendor invoicing, customer billing and warehouse inventories
• Ensure a safe, clean and healthy working environment in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
• Undertake any other duties and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or similar discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience in cold chain management.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on operational experience in the cold storage environment.
• Knowledge of 3PL, and WMS systems.
• Punctual, good working attitude, physically fit, responsible, good team player and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess a Singapore Forklift License preferred.
• Be able to work in the cold room, capability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift heavy items.
