Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize logistics operations and supply chain processes.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities.
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistcs partners.
• Negotiate transportation rates and service agreements.
• Track inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures.
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Manage logistics budgets and control operational costs.
• Lead and supervise logistics staff, warehouse teams, and coordinators.
• Resolve shipping delays, transportation issues, and customer complaints.
• Implement logistics software systems and reporting tools.
• Prepare operational reports and forecasts for senior management.
