D-RON SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Executive to oversee daily storage and distribution operations in Singapore. You will ensure accurate records, safe practices, and timely order fulfillment while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

This role requires hands-on inventory control, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with procurement, sales, and product departments to align stock with demand.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional background in warehouse or logistics operations
• Proficiency with inventory management platforms and standard productivity software
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across departments
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving items

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including intake, storage and shipment to ensure timely orders
• Track inventory through regular audits to minimize discrepancies and maximize storage utilization
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security guidelines for a safe workplace
• Collaborate with procurement, sales and product teams to align inventory with demand projections and delivery timelines
• Perform routine equipment checks and arrange maintenance for safe operation of machinery
• Execute product deliveries to customers or other locations as needed
