Job summary

MARINE SUPPORT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive warehouse supervisor to manage daily warehousing activities in Singapore. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and stock control while ensuring safety and accuracy.

The role requires 3–4 years of warehouse experience, proficiency in Excel, and a clean Class 3 driving record. Forklift licence is an advantage. You will coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of warehouse management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Physically fit to lift up to 20kg.
• Forklift licence is an advantage.
• Must have a clean driving record (Class 3).
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for delivery or collection.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform stock counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Electric Warehouse Stacker.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and internal teams.
• Prepare warehouse reports and documentation.
• Handle van operations safely.
