Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize flows, and drive SOP compliance across inbound, picking, delivery and inventory cycles.

You will train and supervise teams, implement KPIs for performance, and coordinate cross-functional activities with sales and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and accountability.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Logistics / Operations Management
• Familiar with SOP setup and warehouse operations

Responsibilities

• Setup and analyse daily operational workflows to optimize productivity and remove bottlenecks.
• Setup, implement, maintain and control SOP processes (inbound, picking, delivery, returns, inventory cycle counting).
• Hold frequent meetings with warehouse team to bridge communications between top management and the ground team.
• Train and supervise teams on SOPs and monitoring lapses with corrective actions to foster accountability.
• Implement KPIs for pickers based on data such as picking time and orders fulfilled.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (indoor sales, warehouse picking, delivery).
• Allocate staff across roles based on strengths.
