Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is hiring for a warehouse role based in Jurong East. You will handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience and basic Excel and inventory systems knowledge. Salary is 3000–3200 SGD monthly with HP allowance; working Mon-Fri, 8.30am–6pm.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience.
• Basic Excel and inventory software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time
• Pack goods precisely to prepare for timely delivery to customers
• Maintain and update accurate inventory records to support stock control activities
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to verify stock accuracy
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all incoming and outgoing goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards consistently
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries
• Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations
