Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Officer to manage incoming and outgoing orders, inventory, and warehouse processes at Tuas. The role includes coordinating between admin and operations, and preparing shipping documents in line with SOPs.

You will support customer service via phone and email, monitor shipments, and ensure KPI targets for all activities are met. The position offers a 5.25-day work week with a salary up to SGD 2,800.

Qualifications

• Manage incoming/ outgoing orders from customers. (receiving, storage, distribution, inventory)
• Coordinate between admin and operation staff.
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
