Job summary

ResMed Inc in Singapore seeks a Manager for Warehouse Operations Integration to spearhead the implementation and adoption of warehouse initiatives across internal operations and external logistics partners. The role ensures commissioning, validation and scale-up governance for 3PLs, systems and processes to fit BAU.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations within manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and warehouse processes.
• Proven ability to influence across Operations, IT, Engineering and external logistics providers.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced settings.
• Experience coordinating UAT, validation and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operational readiness with processes, SOPs and training to support adoption.
• Validate 3PL processes, interfaces and workflows to ensure integration success.
• Support network optimization, new warehousing start-ups, 3PL transitions and automation deployments.
• Represent warehousing in requirements gathering for 3PL implementations and system integrations.
• Lead UAT, readiness assessments and go-live support for warehouse systems and 3PL integrations.
• Monitor post go-live performance and drive issue resolution with internal and external partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external logistics providers.
