Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Warehouse Operations Integration to enable the successful implementation, operational readiness and long-term adoption of warehouse initiatives across internal operations and external logistics partners. This role ensures commissioning, validation and scale-up governance across 3PLs, warehouse systems, processes and automation to achieve BAU readiness.

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse operations within manufacturing/distribution environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across Operations, IT, and external providers.
Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational validation and business readiness activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate warehouse operational readiness by developing processes, SOPs, training plans and change management activities.
Validate warehouse processes, system interfaces, workflows and requirements with 3PL providers.
Support warehouse network optimization including new start-ups, 3PL transitions, automation deployments and system enhancements.
Represent warehousing in business requirements for new 3PL implementations and systems integrations.
