Job summary

FIRSTCARE CONSULTANCY in Singapore is seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Coordinator to manage stock, receipts, dispatches, and storage facilities while upholding safety protocols.

You will update lists, verify stock movements, prepare delivery schedules, and coordinate maintenance, with emphasis on cost-effective inventory control and OH&S compliance.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of warehouse experience and be able to read English, with Mandarin skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Cold room experience handling temperature-sensitive inventory.
• Minimum 2 years inventory or warehouse experience.
• Willingness to perform shift work to support warehouse hours.
• Physical fitness to handle up to 20 kg loads.
• English literacy for accurate communication and documentation.
• Understand and speak simple Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Update inventory lists to maintain accurate stock records and support efficient warehouse operations
• Receive and dispatch goods while verifying stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy
• Check purchase orders against stock levels to confirm order fulfillment and prevent shortages
• Prepare delivery schedules to coordinate the timely distribution of goods
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the storage facility to ensure operational readiness
• Enter data into a database to maintain up-to-date inventory and transaction records
• Maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost to support business needs and reduce expenses
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) protocols within the storage facility to promote a safe working environment
• Calculate storage and clearance costs to manage warehouse expenses effectively
• Manage incoming and outgoing invoices to support accurate financial record-keeping
