Job summary

Beehive Fulfillment is a Singapore-based 3PL provider delivering storage, pick and pack, local delivery and returns management for e-commerce sellers. The company seeks a Warehouse Operations Executive to support warehousing and logistics, handling inventory and coordinating with delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The role requires practical warehouse experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office to support operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Warehouse Management System on computer and handheld device (training will be provided)
• Receive incoming shipments, check quantity and condition of items received
• Label products where required and put away at designated locations of the warehouse
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with couriers and external delivery service providers to facilitate smooth dispatch or receipt of parcels /shipments
• Manage online shops as required
• Office administrative duties
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications
