Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of Sea operations management experience; supervisory scope welcomed.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork with a customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and execute daily shipment orders initiated by customers.
• Secure freight bookings with designated carriers per routing guides.
• Offer quotations covering warehousing, transportation, and documentation.
• Coordinate with truckers to collect empty containers from the depot for stuffing.
• Arrange onward movement of laden containers to the port.
• Compile permits and other required applications and declarations.
• Draft Letters of Credit and finalise shipping documentation.
• Track shipping documents to ensure smooth shipment clearance.
• Oversee adherence to customs and trade regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely orders.

Requirements

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with a customer service focus and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
