Job summary

KATOEN NATIE SINGAPORE (JURONG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of workers in Singapore. You will manage inventory, ensure safety, and respond to customer requests while driving productivity enhancements.

The role requires strong people management, logistics experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Forklift exposure may be needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in logistics management or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations and inventory management.
• Strong team management and manpower deployment skills.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to operate forklift if required.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
• Experience in managing warehouse / logistics operations such as inventory management, material reconciliation, etc.
• Strong in managing teams and excellent manpower deployment & optimisation skills.
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills are a must.
• IT savviness is expected with good working knowledge of MS Application, particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook.
• Problem solving and analytical skills are necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations and manage customer expectations professionally.
• May be required to operate a forklift as part of operational duties to support the team.
