Job summary

TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of spare parts and equipment.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, coordinate with service engineers and logistics, and help ensure safety and housekeeping in the warehouse. Diploma holders with logistics or related studies are welcome; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain, business admin, engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes like receiving, inventory control, stocktaking, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
• Organised, responsible, detail-oriented with good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming items against orders and deliveries.
• Organise and store inventory for identification, traceability, and fast retrieval.
• Pick, pack, and label items for deliveries and service jobs.
• Load and unload goods and ensure safe handling.
• Update inventory records for stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with engineers and logistics to ensure parts availability.
• Inspect items and report damaged or missing goods promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Assist daily warehouse operations like documentation, replenishment, and packing.
