Job summary

NPI Solutions (Singapore) (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a warehouse and materials controller to support daily operations in Singapore. You will receive, inspect, label, store, and record materials, ensuring accurate inventory in Syspro and adherence to FIFO.

Collaborating with Purchasing, Production and QA, you will coordinate material flow, assist in stock counts and audits, and help keep the warehouse clean and safe while meeting production timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems (Syspro is a plus).
• Able to perform physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against orders.
• Label, sort and store materials in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Syspro.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist audits.
• Prepare materials for production based on BOM.
• Ensure correct part numbers and quantities issued to production.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production and QA on material matters.
• Support loading/unloading and warehouse cleanliness.
