Job summary

WECRUIT Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operative to support daily operations from goods receiving through storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

You will follow SOPs, coordinate with internal and external teams, inspect incoming goods and shipment documentation, maintain inventory records and ensure accurate order fulfillment for local transport and export shipments. Maintain warehouse housekeeping and equipment condition.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations from goods receiving through storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Follow established SOPs and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure efficient logistics operations.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods, including checking quantities, product condition and shipment documentation.
• Unpack and arrange goods systematically according to their designated storage locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the warehouse management or inventory system.
• Identify and report discrepancies such as missing, misplaced or relocated cargo to the relevant supervisor or Customer Service team.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices, packing lists and order details before receiving or releasing goods.
• Support loading, unloading and shipment preparation activities for local transportation and export shipments.
• Ensure picking and packing accuracy and record cargo dimensions accurately.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness, organisation and equipment condition.
