The Packaging People Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will manage stock receiving, inventory control, order preparation, warehouse organisation and coordination of daily packing and dispatch activities for wholesale customers and Shopee orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, inventory control or storekeeping is preferred.
• Experience handling wholesale and e-commerce orders is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel.

The Packaging People Pte Ltd is looking for a responsible, hands-on and organised Warehouse Manager to manage daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Our business supplies food packaging products to wholesale customers and online marketplaces, including Shopee. The successful candidate will oversee stock receiving, inventory control, order preparation, warehouse organisation and coordination of daily packing and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Stock Management

• Receive incoming goods and check quantities, product specifications and packaging conditions against delivery orders or purchase orders.

• Organise and store products systematically according to product type, SKU and storage location.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Conduct regular stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies, shortages or damaged goods.

• Identify low-stock items and alert management when replenishment is required.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and clear identification of products.

2. Daily Order Fulfilment

• Pick and prepare orders for wholesale customers and online orders from Shopee.

• Check order quantities, product specifications and customer requirements before packing.

• Coordinate daily picking, packing and dispatch to ensure orders are completed within the required deadlines.

• Ensure orders are correctly labelled and prepared for delivery or courier collection.

• Assist with urgent orders and delivery arrangements when required.

3. Warehouse Operations

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

• Arrange cartons, pallets and products to maximise storage space and accessibility.

• Assist with loading and unloading goods, including cartons of food packaging supplies.

• Monitor packaging materials and warehouse consumables.

• Report damaged products, unsafe conditions and operational issues promptly.

4. Team Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate daily tasks with warehouse packers and other operations staff.

• Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain basic records of stock movements, incoming goods and outgoing orders.

• Provide regular updates on stock availability, fulfilment progress and warehouse issues to management.

• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, storekeeping or order fulfilment is preferred.

• Experience handling wholesale orders and e-commerce orders is an advantage.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel

• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons and moving warehouse goods.

• Organised, responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily fulfilment deadlines.

• Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment is an advantage, where applicable.
