Job summary

TheSeafoodCompany Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated warehouse team member to join our operations in the Jurong Industrial area (Pioneer). You will handle receiving, packing, storage, and dispatch to maintain quality and food safety across cold rooms and ambient areas.

Responsibilities include ensuring correct stock, rotating inventory (FIFO), and supporting daily logistics. The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with cold storage experience

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes or goods safely.
• Able to work in a cold store / chilled warehouse environment; cold room gear provided.
• Honest, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: assist in receiving incoming raw materials and seafood shipments, checking quantities and inspecting goods for quality.
• Order Picking & Packing: pick, pack, and stage finished goods and raw materials according to daily schedules.
• Inventory Management: organize stock in cold rooms, chillers, and ambient areas with FIFO stock rotation.
• Loading & Dispatch: assist in loading outbound products onto delivery vehicles.
• Safety & Housekeeping: adhere to safety and food safety regulations; keep warehouse tidy.
• Ad-Hoc Support: perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking member to join our dynamic warehouse department at Jurong Industrial area (Pioneer). In this role, you will be an essential part of our warehouse team, ensuring our products are packed and handled to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Assist in receiving incoming raw materials and seafood shipments, checking quantities against delivery orders, and inspecting goods for quality.

• Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage finished goods and raw materials according to daily delivery schedules and production requirements.

• Inventory Management: Organize and arrange stock systematically within cold rooms, chillers, and ambient storage areas to ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).

• Loading & Dispatch: Assist in loading outbound products onto delivery vehicles securely and efficiently.

• Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and food safety regulations. Perform daily housekeeping to keep the warehouse and cold chain storage areas clean, neat, and hazard-free.

• Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other ad-hoc warehouse and logistics duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Comfortable working in a cold store / chilled warehouse environment (cold room gear will be provided).

• Able to lift heavy boxes or goods safely.

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or food manufacturing is a plus.

• Possessing a valid Singapore Forklift License is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Honest, disciplined, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
