Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Warehouse Lead to direct a team responsible for receiving, kitting and shipping in line with the production plan.

You will drive inventory accuracy, safety, and 5S standards while coordinating with Planning, Facilities and Quality to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management (or related field), 8+ years in manufacturing warehouses, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff to drive productivity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise receiving, kitting and shipment activities in line with production plans.
• Implement inventory controls to minimise discrepancies and optimise stock levels.
• Maintain SAP records and reconcile physical stock counts.
• Uphold safety and 5S standards and maintain an efficient store layout.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with Facilities.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to support processes.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes.

Job description

Purpose: Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring efficient and accurate receiving, kitting and shipment of materials in line with the production plan, while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety and 5S standards, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Area Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff to drive productivity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise receiving, kitting and shipment activities in line with the production plan issued by the Planning department.
• Implement and manage inventory controls to minimise discrepancies and optimise stock levels.
• Ensure the SAP system and physical stock counts are accurately maintained and reconciled.
• Uphold safety and 5S standards, and maintain an efficient store layout together with the team.
• Coordinate store equipment maintenance with the Facilities department.
• Liaise closely with the Production, Supply Chain and Quality departments to support smooth production processes.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and ensure all deliveries are properly documented.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
