Job summary

YCH DISTRIPARK (PTE) LTD is seeking a warehouse operations assistant to support daily activities in our warehouse, coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.

The role involves preparing shipping documents, handling inquiries from customers and suppliers, and ensuring documentation is filed promptly. You will contribute to stock cycle counts and reporting for management review.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations and monitor deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents for import and export shipments.
• Act as contact point with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangements.
• Assist customers and suppliers’ inquiries via phone or email.
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed on time and stock is accurate.
• Maintain and file related documentation (delivery orders, shipping docs, inventory records).
• Plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Counts per policy.
• Prepare and submit reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.
• Ensure storage and office areas are well-maintained.
• Perform other job-related tasks as directed by Superior.

• To assist on customers / suppliers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
• To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents and inventory records etc).
• To plan and conduct periodic Stock Quantity Cycle Count in accordance with company policy & procedures.
• To prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.
• To ensure storage and office areas are well-maintained.
• To perform other job-related functions as and when necessary as directed by Superior.
