Job summary

Hypha is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Assistant Manager to oversee inventory, replenishment for vending machines and retail locations, and stock planning. This role requires organising stock, coordinating with suppliers and drivers, and ensuring timely deliveries across multiple locations.

The position is practical and independent, ideal for someone who is organised, physically active and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control.
• Comfortable handling and moving cartons and products.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with suppliers, drivers, team members and management.
• Class 3 or 3A driving licence with good driving track records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Receive, check and organise incoming products from brand partners and suppliers.
• Manage storage per product requirements including chilled and ambient.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement.
• Coordinate replenishment of Hypha vending machines and retail locations.
• Plan daily delivery routes and coordinate with drivers.
• Coach and supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks.
• Ensure proper stock handling, FIFO/FEFO rotation and safety.
