Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to manage stock movement—receiving, storing, issuing, picking, packing, labeling, documenting and delivering goods. You will accompany drivers and help with delivery where required.

You will maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and other systems, report discrepancies to the Purchasing Team, and work closely with Logistics to ensure timely dispatch while keeping storage tidy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/store operation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of stock, including receiving, storing, issuing, picking, packing, labelling, documentation, and delivery of goods.
• Accompany transport drivers to various locations to assist with delivery and handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and other inventory management systems.
• Report discrepancies to the Purchasing Team by checking received items against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Maintain organized storage area and ensure goods are prepared for dispatch.
• Work closely with the Logistics Executive to ensure inventory is prepared and dispatched within requested timeframe while minimizing delays.
• Communicate with Purchasing, Technical, Workshop, and internal teams to fulfill material and logistics requirements.

• Accompany transport drivers to various locations when required to assist with the delivery, transportation, and manual handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using Excel and other available inventory management systems.
• Report any discrepancies, such as shortages, damages, or improper packing, to the Purchasing Team by checking received items against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Maintain good housekeeping and proper organization of the Company’s storage area, ensuring goods are well arranged and prepared for efficient daily dispatch.
• Work closely with the Logistics Executive to ensure all required inventory is prepared and dispatched within the requested timeframe while minimizing delays.
• Communicate effectively with the Purchasing, Technical, Workshop, and internal user teams to support and fulfill material and logistics requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/ store operation.
