Job summary

Maersk is hiring for an IT Technology Operations role in Singapore. The candidate will provide hands-on support in warehouse OT and onsite IT environments, troubleshoot PDAs, scanners, printers, and network devices, and maintain end-user computing platforms.

Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams, AD, and OT cybersecurity basics is required. Travel between locations and on-call support are expected in a live warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/related field required.
• >3 years in warehouse/onsite IT support or similar.
• Hands-on troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity.
• Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Good communication and ownership in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-call support.
