Job summary

Maersk is seeking an IT Technology Operations professional in Singapore to provide hands‑on support in a warehouse OT and onsite IT environment. You will troubleshoot devices like PDA/RDT/RF scanners, printers and workstations, while maintaining IT asset records and assisting with cybersecurity improvements.

The role requires experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365/Teams, incident and change management, and the ability to work independently in a live warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of warehouse/onsite IT support experience.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of IT hardware, printers, scanners and network connectivity.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on IT support in a live warehouse OT and onsite IT environment.
• Troubleshoot PDA, RDT, RF devices, barcode scanners, label printers and workstations.
• Manage incidents, problems and changes with SLA/OLA awareness.
• Maintain IT asset records, CMDB updates and preventive maintenance logs.
• Assist with OT cybersecurity practices and access control configurations.
