Job summary

MLS Logistic Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Personnel to maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts across warehouse operations. On-site support at hospitals or other sites may be required.

You will coordinate with internal teams, investigate discrepancies, and help drive process improvements while ensuring SOP compliance. This role offers on-site logistics work and opportunities to optimize stock control processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory control or inventory management.
• Good Excel skills with formulas, PivotTables, data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Able to investigate discrepancies independently and identify process gaps.
• Willing to travel to hospitals or other locations for inventory counts when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Plan and prepare cycle count and stock-take schedules.
• Generate count sheets and documents for inventory-counting activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
• Perform inventory reconciliation after counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide system governance for SAP and in-house WMS; assist with master data accuracy.
