Job summary

IDS Medical Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Inventory Controller to oversee stock levels, cycle counts, and ERP-driven records to prevent shortages or overstock. You will coordinate procurement, issue POs, verify invoices, and ensure on-time delivery of medical supplies.

The role includes forecasting, SKU-level planning, warehouse team management, and handling inbound/outbound logistics, repairs, returns, warranty claims, and new item/vendor setup.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in SCM, logistics, admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years in inventory control or warehouse management.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; knowledge of inventory software/ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control and Monitoring: Track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking, using inventory management software or ERP systems like NetSuite, SPARKS & D365.
• Procurement and Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to place orders, issue PO, invoice verification and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Forecasting and Planning: Analyze historical sales, market trends, and departmental input to create short- and long-term inventory forecasts, including SKU-level planning and seasonal demand adjustments
• Manage warehouse teams, oversee order fulfillment, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards including inbound & outbound logistic arrangement
• Overseas repair & return, prepare GRN & supporting documents for shipping
• Warranty claim & consignment
• New Item & New Vendor creation
• Engineering support administrative job
