Job summary

VSE Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to perform a broad range of warehouse functions with limited supervision, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

You will assist in training Level I associates, uphold safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and support AOG off-hour shipments as required. A current LF forklift license, 2+ years warehouse experience, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against PO docs.
• Inventory put-away into designated locations.
• Pick, count, and pack items per orders accurately.
• Prepare domestic shipments with packing slips and docs.
• Generate shipping labels and basic freight docs.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine cycle counts.
• Identify and escalate inventory discrepancies.
• Support AOG off-hour shipments as required.
• Assist training for Level I associates.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY:

As part of a leading Global Aerospace Distributor, the Warehouse Associate II performs a broad range of warehouse functions with limited supervision. This role is considered a fully competent warehouse operator and is responsible for independently executing core warehouse processes including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping. This position may provide guidance to entry-level associates and support operational efficiency and compliance objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase order documentation
• Perform system-based inventory put-away into designated storage locations
• Pick, count, and package material per sales order requirements with accuracy
• Prepare domestic shipments, including packing slips and required documentation
• Generate shipping labels and basic freight documentation
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine cycle counts as assigned
• Identify and escal inventory discrepancies
• Support AOG (Aircraft-on-the-Ground) off-hour shipments as required
• Assist in training and guiding Level I associates
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years warehouse or distribution experience
• Current forklift license (LF) with demonstrated operating proficiency
• Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 25 kg, in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures
• Availability for on-call work as required
• Reliable transportation is essential due to site location
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Formal education degree or technical certification.
• 4+ years of professional work experience.
