Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support daily receiving, inspection, and stock control within our warehouse operations.

You will pick and pack goods for dispatch, operate forklifts safely, and help maintain a clean, organised, and compliant workspace. Entry-level candidates are welcome with on-the-job training.

This role offers practical experience in logistics, inventory management, and teamwork while contributing to smooth warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred; entry-level considered with training.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, loading/unloading goods, and working in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods against delivery orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch.

Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders to maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch securely, adhering to quality standards and company dispatch procedures.
• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, primarily driving forklifts for loading, unloading, and organizing heavy loads.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in the warehouse, adhering to workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with regular stock-taking and cycle-counting exercises to prevent stock discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is highly preferred; however, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply as structured on-the-job training will be provided.
