Qualifications

• Experience in material handling and warehouse operations.
• AS/RS experience is a plus.
• Forklift license and WAH certificate are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to warehouse safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with the collection of raw material samples (powder/liquid chemicals) per work instructions.
• Perform Isotank and flexitanks unloading.
• Support decanting of raw materials and finished products as required.
• Prepare documentation for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers.
• Conduct regular stock-takes of raw materials, finished goods, and supporting materials.
• Organize and store materials in designated zones and ASRS for efficient retrieval.
• Print and apply barcoded labels to ASRS pallets.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and planned maintenance for ASRS and equipment.
• Identify and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse per company standards.

• Conduct regular and scheduled stock-takes of raw materials, finished goods, and supporting materials in accordance with PI documents, maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Organize and store materials in designated zones and locations in the ASRS, ensuring proper stock placement for efficient retrieval.

• Print and apply barcoded labels to ASRS pallets.

• Conduct routine equipment checks and participate in planned maintenance activities for ASRS and its equipment.

• Assist in identifying and resolving minor equipment issues to minimize operational disruptions.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in material handling, warehouse operations in chemical manufacturing environments is a plus.

• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is a plus.

• Possess a Forklift license and Work at Height (WAH) certificate is a plus.

• Ability to work comfortably in outdoor environmental conditions.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations related to warehouse operations and chemical handling.

• High attention to detail with a strong safety mindset.
