Job summary

Markono Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in Singapore. You will handle picking and packing, stock movement, cycle counts, and cargo preparation to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, experience with forklift or VNA equipment, and basic computer literacy for inventory data entry. English communication is essential to coordinate with teams and transport partners.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Record stock movements in the system (FG1).
• Participate in cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Daily housekeeping to keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Prepare cargo in exportable condition.
• Maintain material-handling equipment in good working order.
• Issue and receipt of stocks.
• Unload and load containers as required.
• Expedite goods to meet delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with transport contractors for deliveries.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor.

Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for picking / packing accuracy &, timeliness.
• Perform system transaction for stock movement in FG1.
• Take part in Cycle Count to achieve stock accuracy.
• Daily Housekeeping to maintain the warehouse in good condition.
• Prepare the cargo in exportable condition.
• Ensure material-handling equipment is maintained in working condition.
• Issuance and receipt of stocks.
• Un-stuffing and stuffing of containers.
• Expedite goods out from production to meet delivery schedule.
• Liaise with transport contractor on delivery arrangement to meet customer requirement.
• To ensure safety rules and regulation are adhered.
• To carry out tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Requirement:

• Minimum Secondary Levels/ITE qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing, store operations or related role.
• Experience in operating VNA or forklift.
• Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory data entry.
• Collaboration is often necessary in a warehouse environment, ad associates typically work in teams to fulfil orders, pack shipments and maintain inventory.
• Able to understand and communicate in English.
