Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O' level with 3+ years warehousing experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse activities.
• Implement process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Carry out tasks assigned by immediate manager or management.
