Job summary

GETO GLOBAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse assistant to perform inventory counts, store keeping duties, and ensure proper handling of panels and accessories.

The role involves inspecting incoming goods against POs, reporting discrepancies, and supporting general warehouse operations. Candidates should have at least a secondary school or diploma, 1 year of related experience, and be PC literate. A forklift licence is advantageous, and bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred for

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/“O” level / Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• PC Literate.
• Forklift Licence added advantages.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory count for the warehouse and analysis for any variance parts.
• Store keeping duties - picking, packing, stock taking, sorting and inventory management.
• Ensure timely receipt/issue, maintain all received goods, and proper identification of panels & accessories.
• Check incoming goods for compliance to P.O. and report any discrepancies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head / HQ.
