Job summary

PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store/Warehouse Assistant to update materials information in the system, verify incoming documents against purchase orders, and maintain store conditions to protect products.

You will organize storage areas to support efficient inventory management and perform duties assigned by the supervisor to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent with 1-year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Update all incoming and outgoing materials information accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date inventory records
• Verify that all incoming documents match Purchase Order requirements upon supplier delivery to ensure order accuracy
• Inspect and maintain the store facility's structural integrity to prevent product deterioration or damage and secure it from unauthorized access
• Organize and maintain clear segregation and designation of space for Receiving, Quarantine, and Finished Goods areas to support efficient workflow
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support store operations
