Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Ang Mo Kio to ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. You will help maintain FIFO, monitor deliveries and support production with materials.

The role requires basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Word); forklift license is an advantage. Working hours are 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri, with Sat mornings, 5.5 days per week. SGD 1,800–2,200 per month + AWS + VB.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent is required.
• Must be computer literate with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas of improvement to maximise productivity.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimise time management.
• Closely monitor deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Maintain FIFO stock arrangements and conduct monthly inventories.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Record and file warehouse documents; support material transfers.
• Provide inventory reports on stock levels at month end.

• Salary : $1800 - $2200 + AWS + VB
• Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
• Working days: 5.5 days’ work week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identity all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Ensuring all stocks are arrange and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• To implement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Conduct physically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of the month); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once management request;
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Filling and arranging of documents;
• Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor.
