THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Warehouse Assistant in the Ang Mo Kio area of Singapore. The role handles receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring FIFO and accurate inventory management. Working week is 5.5 days with standard hours from Monday to Saturday.

Candidates should have secondary education and be proficient in MS Excel and Word; forklift license is a plus. Primary duties include stock control, material handling, and supporting production with material availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
• Identify areas of improvement and maximize productivity.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management.
• Closely monitor deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Ensure FIFO stock organization and timely transfers.
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Maintain detailed warehouse material identifications and transfer system.
• Ensure minimum stock levels are identified and planned for future capacity.
• Support production with material withdrawal requests.
• Conduct monthly inventories and cycle counts; provide end-of-month reports.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse area.
• Fill and organize documents.
• Participate in other projects as instructed by management.

Warehouse Assistant

• Salary : $1800 - $2200 + AWS + VB
• Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
• Working days: 5.5 days’ work week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identity all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Ensuring all stocks are arrange and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• To implement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Conduct physically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of the month); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once management request;
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Filling and arranging of documents;
• Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor.
