Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring goods are safely received, stored, and dispatched, while also managing inventory and improving warehouse processes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and a minimum O-Level qualification. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is required, with a forklift license as an advantage. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package including benefits.

• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat:9am-1pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 2300 + AWS + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Ensure goods are received, stored, retrieved, and dispatched safely and on time.
• Identify areas for improvement and support efforts to improve productivity.
• Manage warehouse systems and processes to improve efficiency and time management.
• Monitor deliveries of raw materials for production and ensure stock is arranged and issued using the FIFO system.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain clear and accurate identification and labelling of warehouse materials.
• Create and implement an effective materials transfer process.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure minimum quantities are maintained and support future capacity planning.
• Support the production department by preparing raw materials and packaging materials based on stock‑out request forms and BMR lists.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory checks and audits.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods by the end of each month. Provide finished goods inventory reports when requested by management.
• Ensure the warehouse and receiving/distribution areas are safe, clean, secure, and well maintained at all times.
• File and organize warehouse-related documents.
• Carry out other duties or tasks assigned by management or supervisors.

Qualifications
