Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Ang Mo Kio operations. You will manage the safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods, and support process improvements to boost productivity. Ensure FIFO, prepare monthly inventories, and maintain safe, clean work areas.

Requires basic MS Excel/Word skills and computer literacy; forklift license is an advantage. Working 5.5 days, 9am–6pm (Sat 9am–1pm). Salary SGD 1,800–2,200 monthly, with AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least secondary education.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; computer literate.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and dispatch goods safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO.
• Prepare and manage warehouse system; improve productivity.
• Monitor deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Assist incoming and outgoing cargo; document movements.
• Conduct monthly inventories and audits; report results.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of warehouse areas.

Warehouse Assistant

• Salary : $1800 - $2200 + AWS + VB
• Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange)
• Working days: 5.5 days' work week
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Description:

• Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods;
• Identity all areas of improvement and maximize productivity;
• Prepare and manage the warehouse system to optimize time management;
• Closely monitor all deliveries for raw materials for production.
• Ensuring all stocks are arrange and delivered based on FIFO system;
• Assist on incoming and outgoing cargo;
• To implement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications;
• Creating and implement a proper materials transfer system;
• Ensure that the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed and planning for future capacity requirements;
• Prepare and support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packaging material based on stock out request form and BMR List;
• Conduct physically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit;
• Provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material, packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of the month); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once management request;
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of the warehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times;
• Filling and arranging of documents;
• Other projects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor.
