Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Singapore to handle incoming and outgoing materials, maintain stock records, and support daily warehouse operations. The role requires safe operation of forklifts and attention to detail in inventory management.

The position is based at Senoko, working Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm, with salary SGD 2,200–2,800 plus AWS and VB benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably manufacturing.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet trucks safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and dispatch materials and finished goods.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain stock records.
• Operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely.
• Assist loading/unloading delivery trucks.
• Keep a clean, organized warehouse.
• Support team with assigned tasks.

Job Description

• Receiving, storing, and dispatching a variety of raw materials and finished products
• Performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records
• Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Supporting the warehouse team in completing all assigned tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
