Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on warehouse operations specialist to manage daily tasks including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and inventory accuracy.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely deliveries, maintain stock integrity, and uphold safety, housekeeping, and SOP compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managed daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Coordinated logistics activities with internal departments and external service providers to support timely deliveries.
• Verified inbound and outbound shipments against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
• Maintained accurate inventory records through timely system updates and stock reconciliation.
• Investigated and reported stock discrepancies, misplaced inventory, and operational issues.
• Oversaw loading and unloading activities while ensuring proper cargo handling procedures.
• Ensured high accuracy in order fulfillment, packing, and cargo dimension measurements.
• Organized warehouse layout to improve stock accessibility and operational efficiency.
• Maintained compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
• Supported continuous warehouse operations by ensuring equipment and work areas remained clean and well-maintained.
