Brief Summary:

• Support daily warehouse operations covering inbound/outbound processing, cargo handling, and inventory accuracy in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders in line with required procedures and timelines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch as operational needs require.
• Unload, inspect, and store cargo in the correct locations, following handling and storage guidelines.
• Prepare unpack and discrepancy reports for received cargo where applicable.
• Perform inventory spot checks and participate in periodic stock takes to support stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support day-to-day operational requirements.
• Maintain general warehouse housekeeping, including keeping work areas clean and organised.
• Follow workplace safety practices and report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
• Carry out assigned tasks safely to avoid risk to self and others.
• Operate only equipment you are trained and authorised to use.
• Participate in safety activities (e.g., inspections, briefings, and investigations) when required.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar warehouse role; exposure to freight forwarding/logistics operations is an advantage.
• Valid forklift licence; high-reach forklift experience is an advantage.
• Experience with shipping container loading and unloading.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing and documentation.
