Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is recruiting for a warehouse operations role in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory control, while coordinating logistics with internal teams and external providers to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires meticulous inventory records, error minimization, and strong adherence to safety standards. Prior experience with warehouse SOPs and cargo handling is preferred.

• Experience in warehouse environments and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managed daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Coordinated logistics activities with internal departments and external service providers to support timely deliveries.
• Verified inbound and outbound shipments against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
• Maintained accurate inventory records through timely system updates and stock reconciliation.
• Investigated and reported stock discrepancies, misplaced inventory, and operational issues.
• Oversaw loading and unloading activities while ensuring proper cargo handling procedures.
• Ensured high accuracy in order fulfillment, packing, and cargo dimension measurements.
• Organized warehouse layout to improve stock accessibility and operational efficiency.
• Maintained compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards.
• Supported continuous warehouse operations by ensuring equipment and work areas remained clean and well-maintained.
