WECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a warehouse operations specialist to manage daily tasks in Singapore, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and inventory control. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain strict SOPs and safety standards.

The role focuses on optimizing layout and processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting continuous operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory updates.
• Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments against invoices and packing lists for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock reconciliation.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report operational issues.
• Oversee loading and unloading with proper cargo handling procedures.
• Ensure high accuracy in order fulfillment and cargo dimension measurements.
• Organize warehouse layout to improve stock accessibility and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations and housekeeping.
• Support continuous operations by keeping equipment and work areas clean and well-maintained.
