Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operator to support daily logistics activities and inventory control.

The role involves receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, and storing goods according to SOPs, with emphasis on accuracy and safe handling. The position requires coordinating with internal teams and external parties, verifying goods against invoices, and ensuring timely shipment preparation and system updates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, picking, packing, stock handling and inventory control according to SOPs.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external parties on warehouse and logistics activities.
• Unpack, organise and store incoming goods in the appropriate warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies, missing cargo or relocation requirements to the relevant team or supervisor.
• Check incoming goods against invoices, packing lists and orders to verify quantities, accuracy and condition.
• Check outgoing shipments against invoices, packing lists and orders to ensure all items are accurate before dispatch.
• Support the loading and unloading of goods and preparation of shipments for transport or export.
• Ensure all stock movements and inventory information are accurately updated in the system.
• Perform accurate picking and packing and record cargo dimensions correctly.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping and proper storage practices.
• Ensure warehouse tools and equipment are properly maintained and kept in good condition.
