Job summary

SHR GLOBAL TALENT is seeking a Storekeeper to maintain receipts, records, and outbound slips, and to receive unload and shelve supplies in a warehouse environment in Singapore.

The role requires familiarity with inventory management software, ability to lift heavy objects, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts in rotating schedules. Forklift operation experience is preferred, especially in cold storage (-18°C to -25°C).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or cold room environment (-18°C to -25°C).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends; rotating night shifts.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.

Job Description :

• Maintain receipts, records, and outbound slips .
• Receive unload and shelve supplies.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, picking , pricing, scanning and labeling supplies.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record-keeping.
• Perform Stock Taking and Stock Cycle Count
• Track, record & ensure stock storage and stock movement within all Warehouses using Warehouse Management System
• Operate forklifts , reach trucks and VNA trucks .
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Organize and maintain the store room to ensure it is clean and orderly
• Comply with all regulations and oversee warehousing and storage requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or cold room environment (-18°C to -25°C).
• Must not have a fear of heights.
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required by business needs.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
