Job summary

Bhavna Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to support packing, labeling and shipping operations. You will prepare packing materials, apply labels and barcodes, and ensure items are protected during transport.

You will perform stock checks, maintain quality standards, follow SOPs, and assist with inventory and housekeeping to keep a safe, efficient workplace. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, good English, and teamwork to meet customer

Responsibilities

• Prepare packing materials; pack, unpack, and move goods in a safe manner that prevents damage
• Accurately apply labels, stickers, barcodes, and product information to products and packaging in accordance with established requirements and specifications.
• Prepare shipments in and out of the warehouse
• Ensure labels comply with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Verify product details, batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities before labelling.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Pack products according to established packing procedures and customer requirements.
• Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing.
• Prepare goods for shipment, including wrapping, sealing, and palletizing where required.
• Ensure packed items are properly protected to prevent damage during transportation.
• Upkeep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Comply with standard operatingprocedures andsafety procedures in handling merchandise and use of DC equipment and vehicles.
• Support warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
